can you zzz during flights? i usually knock off for duration of
flight - i even managed that on the low cost airline eg air asia -
most peeps complain about the seats/leg room etc. nope, i didnt
even take a sedative.
well another way of upgrading would be to find a tall tall tall
companion and when they can't slot him on the emergency exit seats
(coz all taken very early on), they upgrade him to biz class. as
companion/GF/wife, you "can't bear to be apart from your
darling"...they move you up as well. my sis's tactic! since my
bro-in-law = super tall
I find it very hard to sleep on flights. I try to, but I'd
be just sitting there with my eyes shut. I'm totally atuned
to the nonstop droning of the aircraft and all other noises all the
while. 
Doesn't help that I'm a light sleeper and my sleep disorder just
aggravates the entire situation.
